Our smoothie vending machine is running very well during the summer months but we have been wondering how we can continue producing all through the year particularly during winter times when the temperatures are very low?

The demands on machine cleaning are increased with new hot drinks that are offered, particularly, including coffee and protein. Cold water rinsing is hard to be used to clean oil and protein residues, and long-term rinsing may easily result in odor.

Thus we have also improved the high temperature hot water automatic cleaning system. The equipment will then cleanse the internal pipelines with hot water after every beverage preparation and quickly dissolve the stubborn residues at high temperature thus preventing the growth of bacteria. It does not only guarantee the cleanliness and hygiene of all the cups of drinks, but also minimizes the number of times the manuals are disassembled, cleaned, and serviced.
